Spares2Repair were able to provide a missing part for an ice cream maker that has not been sold for over a decade and the part worked perfectly and could not be found anywhere else. While the order was delayed, as they struggled to locate the part, they communicated very well with regular updates and upgraded the postage option free of charge to make up for the lost time which was greatly appreciated.
